It is easier to understand in millimetres. A thicker wear layer suits a home with more daily traffic; our 5 mm vinyl click carries a 0.5 mm wear layer.

A thin wear layer, a weak click-lock joint, a subfloor nobody prepared, uneven edges. We check the subfloor before we lay, and we lay the floor ourselves.

One-stop: we measure, we install, we come back. Every quotation follows a free site visit; no price is quoted from a photograph alone.

    A flooring specialist checks the room and the existing floor and takes the measurements before any quotation.

    Product, colour and cost explained plainly, with free samples, so the floor suits your home, your lifestyle and your budget.

  4. We prepare the subfloor

    SPC can go straight over an existing tiled floor. Where an old floor comes out, we advise on levelling and check it before we lay.

  5. We install

    Underlay, floor, skirting and profile together — a home in one working day.

  6. We hand over

    Furniture back where it was and the site left clean.

  7. We come back if you need us

    The same number, after the job as before it.

Questions we're asked

Do I have to hack my old tiles?
Not usually. SPC can be laid straight over an existing tiled floor. Where tiles do come out, we advise on preparing the cement floor and check it before we lay.
Do you supply without installing?
Yes. Supply only and supply-and-install are both welcome, with delivery or collection from our Balakong warehouse.
Is it suitable for a shop, office or clinic?
Yes. Our 5 mm vinyl click is made for kiosks, retail shops and offices, and we have laid offices, a co-working floor and a dental treatment room.
Can you do my staircase too?
Yes: SPC staircase cladding, including flush nosing, fitted around an existing balustrade and finished with skirting or an aluminium rose-gold profile.
Which areas do you cover?
Kepong, Cheras, Petaling Jaya, Ampang and Kuala Lumpur.
How do I choose a colour?
Send us a photo of the room and the tone you like, light wood or dark. We recommend a colour code and samples are free.
